TEMPERATURE |
Equipment and components subject to extreme and harsh environmental conditions may require essential High Pressure / High Temperature (HPHT) validation testing.
We have the ability to support unique temperature situations including controlled thermal cycling up to 1200° F and intense freezing environmental conditions. Furthermore, we can perform these temperature tests in combination with factors such as pressure, fatigue and load.
Our Cold Testing Facility is capable of developing air temperatures from -103°F to 350°F, with internal walls that produce a net insulation value approximately equal to R50 (as specified in American home building practices). This chamber contains a 59” ID steel safety enclosure to accommodate samples up to 48” in diameter.
